These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Membership, including the web application, APIs, and related features. By using Membership, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Membership, you confirm that you are authorized to use the service and agree to comply with applicable laws and these terms.
2. Account and Access
Users are responsible for account security and proper use:
- Provide accurate account information
- Protect login credentials and session access
- Use only roles and permissions that are assigned to you
- Report suspected unauthorized account access promptly
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the service. Prohibited actions include:
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
- Using the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Interfering with service availability or security controls
- Uploading malicious code or abusing integrations
- Impersonating individuals or organizations
- Automated scraping of data without permission
- Violating privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights
- Circumventing role-based restrictions in organization management
4. Organization Responsibility
Organization owners and administrators are responsible for the accuracy of organization data, membership decisions, and lawful use of member information.
5. Fees and Billing
If paid features are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be provided in-product or in a separate agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
Membership and its underlying software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or redistribute them beyond permitted use.
7. Third-Party Services
Membership may depend on third-party infrastructure and services. We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or service disruptions outside our control.
8. Disclaimer
Membership is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users are responsible for verifying critical administrative actions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Membership is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
10. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated in case of policy violations, security risks, contractual breach, or legal requirements.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law defined by the service operator's jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
